From New York

Take Route I-95 to Providence, RI and take I-195 East to Wareham MA Exit 22A (Cape Cod and the Islands) onto Route 25 East. Take Route 25 to Exit 2. Follow signs to Route 6 East, go under the Bourne Bridge and follow to the Sagamore Rotary and go over the Sagamore Bridge. Take Route 6 to Exit 6, which is the Hyannis exit to Route 132 South.  At the 2nd traffic light (Cape Codder Hotel on the right) make a right onto Bearse's Way and then after 1 block take another right onto Pitcher's Way. Take Pitcher's Way about 2.5 miles through 2 traffic lights to a Stop sign. After Stop Pitcher's Way merges into Scudder Ave. Go to the 4-Way Stop and turn left onto Marston Ave. Follow Marston Ave. around to the right and then turn left into Harbor Village Cottages.

From Boston

Follow Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) to Route 6 over the Sagamore Bridge. Take Route 6 to Exit 6, which is the Hyannis exit to Route 132 South.  At the 2nd traffic light (Cape Codder Hotel on the right) make a right onto Bearse's Way and then after 1 block take another right onto Pitcher's Way. Take Pitcher's Way about 2.5 miles through 2 traffic lights to a Stop sign. After Stop Pitcher's Way merges into Scudder Ave. Go to the 4-Way Stop and turn left onto Marston Ave. Follow Marston Ave. around to the right and then turn left into Harbor Village Cottages.

From the West

Take Interstate 90 east to Interstate 495 South. Follow I-495 until it ends and becomes Route 25 (marked to Cape Cod). Take Route 25 to Exit 2.
