  • One Week Minimum Stay during Summer Season (Sat-Sat)

  • Each Extra Person $50 per stay (6 years and up)

  • Phone Reservations will be held for (7) Days

  • 1/2 Advance Deposit required / Balance Due upon arrival

  • Only Cash, Travelers Checks or Personal Checks accepted - U.S. Funds only

  • Refund Policy: 30 days prior to reservation date

  • All houses are equipped with complete kitchen, deck, grill, TV, VCR and fireplace.

  • Please bring your own beach towels and chairs.

  • Linens are provided.

  • 24 hour onsite management is provided
