2026 Rates And Reservation Policies
In-Season Rates Are Weekly: 6/20 – 9/5. Off-Season Rates Are Nightly: 5/1 – 6/19 and 9/6 – 10/31.
All houses are equipped with complete kitchen, deck, gas grill, heat and AC, Wifi and TV. All have washer & dryer except Mainsail and Waterline.
Please bring your own beach towels and chairs. Linens are provided. Reservations can be made on or off season by telephone or email:

Reservation Policies:
Check-In 4:00 pm, Check-Out by 10:00 am. $25 per hour charge for late check-out.
Some cottages allow pets – please inquire. There is a $150 pet fee per stay.
Cleaning fees range from $80 to $200 per week
Members: Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, Hyannis Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau
One Week Minimum Stay during Summer Season (Sat-Sat)
Phone Reservations will be held for (7) Days. If a deposit is not received withing 7 days, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
50% Advance Deposit required / Balance Due upon arrival
Combined state rooms tax of 5.7%, local rooms tax of 6%, and Cape Cod water protection tax of 2.75%, totaling 14.45% is additional to all rates shown here.
Payments Accepted: Cash, Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, Bank Checks or Personal Checks accepted in U.S. Funds only
Refund Policy: 30 days prior to reservation date for stays of 1 week or less. 60 days prior to reservation date for stays of more than 1 week.
